VCC is different from other construction companies for a number of reasons. First and foremost, I believe it's because we care at a level that's difficult to match when you really build relationships and care about your clients, your coworkers, your vendors and partners down the line. It allows for a different level of success. Whenever you're new to the company, they make sure that you're doing well, even if it's the first one six months, one year that you've been with the company for our company culture. I feel like a small group of family, even though we are a large company. Yes, we are. We're large and we're getting bigger each year, but it still feels like a family. You really feel like you're not just a number within a large group. We have a very strong work ethic in this organization. Our team works hard together. We embrace each other. We are partners with each other. There's a lot of positive energy here that I think separates us from some of our competitors. You can replicate process and procedures, but it's hard to replicate culture. So I think that sets us apart. We also do a lot of extracurricular activities together. Team work. We do family picnics. We do golf outings. Fishing outings. We have occasional cornhole and billiard tournaments and things like that. One of the key factors with the company is that it's family run, and so you get that family atmosphere throughout the various offices of the company. There's no closed door. You can reach the CEO at any time. We have an open door policy in our company so you can pick the phone up and reach out to another project manager or a risk management individual to discuss any type of issue you may come across. I think as a new employee in our organization, the sky's the limit. You know, that's how I started as an entry level employee and was given the opportunity to grow. And we have those opportunities here in this organization from all levels of project management, operations, scheduling, safety, accounting, you name it. We have opportunities here to grow and that's what we're looking for every day in this industry. Specifically at VC is a different day. You have the opportunity to travel and to build really dynamic world class places all around the country. And so if those types of things excite you, this may be a place for you.
