I'm so excited and proud to announce the celebration of VCC's thirty fifth year in business. We started in nineteen eighty seven with a and disciplined business model. We've remained innovative and adaptive and adaptable which is so important in today's challenging and exciting environment. And I want to thank you all, our clients, our architects, our trade partners, our colleagues, and ultimately our friends for your part in what has been this VCC story. We are excited about the legacy that we've created. We've built great projects big and small all over this country, and we're proud of that. But what we're most proud of is the relationships we've built. As we celebrate our thirty fifth year anniversary, we also find ourselves in a very dynamic time. Not much unlike it was in nineteen eighty seven. Some of us will remember the turmoil that was going on in the economy entering a recession when VCC was founded and here we sit today and while it's a robust marketplace out there, and we see great potential for this country and for our clients and for ourselves to deliver wonderful projects for our communities. The challenges ahead are vast, and I want you to know that VCC is committed to adapting and staying on top of our game to make sure that we can always be best in class delivers your vision. We're very excited to be arm in arm with our clients and our partners, and we look forward to delivering excellence for thirty five more years.
