What I think makes us unique is is a couple of things. I think we are a kind of a middleweight fighter, if you will, that can fight in heavyweight class. And I think what really distinguishes us from our competition is our engineering depth. We bring a lot of engineering depth to the relation we've got got a lot of financial flexibility as a privately owned company, and we are truly global. So we actually are one of the very, very few players out there that can handle everything from that upfront design and consulting through the customization, the testing, the regulatory, the manufacturer, the global logistics, and then the support on the end. Our work enables that technology company to sell effectively. And to delight their customers. So everything we do is about customer satisfaction and flawless execution. We've helped customers get out of their garage into their first site to manage that piece and to have multi hundred million dollar exits. Every member of the team is here to help. We do our best to ensure that things go moody, but when they don't, we get involved to help get them back on track. When you talk about a unified team and we do a lot with improvement teams, and that involves people from different areas, getting involved, to improve something that you might not even have a lot of knowledge of, but you're invited to be on the team to have that outside view. Quality Systems is about how we work as a unified team. It's how all of our different processes talk to each other. Of the inputs of one process are really the outputs of the prior process. If we start when our core values within tech Right? So honesty matters, transparency matters in our business so that everything when we say we're gonna do something, we do it, we manage those expectations so that we can, at the end of our core values, starts with integrity, ends with flawless execution. And then as we look inside of our business and go back to our core values of integrity, we matter. Alright? Because companies aren't things that people and are the importance of our business is our people The people that started the tip of our spear are sales, our business development, and FAA teams, to the design solution teams, the manufacturing engineering team, to the graders, they all care about what they do and and we're deliberate in how we hire and the people that come into our company because if they don't care, we won't be successful.
