Preconstruction allows for us to get ahead of those issues early on in the process to eliminate any issues that could take place, just prior to construction or during construction. Throughout the pre construction process, it can help us identify those materials and systems that could have potential delays or could cause potential delays to the construction schedule, ultimately affecting budgets and and time. Our process starts usually with project management and then their details are passed to the scheduling department and usually one of our planners takes over at that point, and they take the details they're given, and they will take whatever detail they have and apply their knowledge and their expertise and develop a timeline for the construction of project and the goals of our pre construction group are basically to help ownership, help design teams, figure out the best way to build a project that you might even be at a conceptual stage.
