You know, the culture of Polyon is a little bit like your own business. It's a small company. We don't have thousands of employees. We're really a family. And that family is at each depot, that family is spread across the US. But, ultimately, we're not afraid to pick up the phone and talk to each other. We also have a lot of knowledge. There's people with quite a bit of tenure in the business, and we obviously have folks that are just coming on board. But ultimately, there isn't any hesitation from any of us to reach out make that call, connect with the new person, connect with an old friend, connect with that customer. Polygon has treated me well. I've I've enjoyed working for this company for twenty seven years. What makes me get up and go to work every day, is the people that I work with. Polycom keeps this employees engaged by truly understanding that they want development. They want development from training internally, They want to learn more about the business. They want to learn more about actual business and and how they can affect the bottom line. It's one of those things that we've really focused on over the past three or four years, truly deciding that we want to develop them as as leaders of our The benefits of working at Polycom are multi fold. Not only do we have a great brand in the industry for what we do, But we do provide our employees with a lot of training, a lot of opportunities for advancement, and a lot of exposure to all kinds of people around the country and around the world. The culture of Polygon is centered around teamwork. There's a lot of training at at Polygon that helps our people better serve our customers, and it seems to be a very positive culture. I think Polygon has done a really good job in the last few years of trying to strengthen the company internally strengthen the sales group. We're at a point now where many of our employees recognize that Polycom's a career destination. We're constantly investing in our people and that shows up both internally and externally and I think that that makes Polygon a place where people wanna come to work.
