The importance of customer service is based the customer is what keeps us alive. Our salespeople are trained above and beyond anyone in the industry. And the second that you're talking to them, you're going to know that they're there to listen to what you need. Polygon goes above and beyond to service clients easily illustrated by our operations team and how they will, at a moment's notice, answer a call, drive to the job site, solve the problem, We have technology in place that we're monitoring the equipment, but our operations team is really what gets our customers to come back to us, just because we do go above and beyond to provide an excellent project and solution for them. Clients can expect that Polygon will get to the correct solution through empathy, through asking the questions that are needed, to find out the solution. Polycom views decline is the most important part of the equation. Also employees are very important, and I was once taught back in the day take care of your employees, take care of your customers, profits will follow.
