There's a few great things for the communities. One, we bring high paying jobs, so we're well above the average income for all the communities that we're in. We bring a lot of construction workers. We work really hard to make sure that those construction workers respect the town in which they're in. We get lots of great positive feedback from the communities on that. We try to really make sure that we are hiring people locally where we can. We're bringing in local contractors who might not have opportunities to work with things, whether that means gravel pits, concrete, trucking, you name it. If we can find it local, that's what we want to use because it just works a lot better for everybody.
