The relationship with UFP Cochry forming solutions engaged is a strong one. I mean, I generally consider Gates a partner to UFP. Got a lot of personal relationships with the people at Gates, and they've helped us build and support our business. We pre fabricate commercial systems using Gates hardware. Across the country. I view gates, as a resource, whether it's design, hardware, or assets, logistics, gates is there to help often troubleshoot a lot of tricky and challenging jobs from an architectural standpoint to finish to timeliness and then efficiencies in the field. Gates is a huge asset. With the gates number nine system, we're often using them in high to mid rise buildings. It's a very clean, efficient system. Contractors like the fact that you can pick the entire inside can to lift the lock and the trailing platform in one pick. We utilize LBL, so we build the panels in full span to reduce picks on the job site, provides a great finish in the concrete All you're gonna see is the plywood seams. So our customers like that for exposed staircases, exposed concrete. It's, perfect in that application. A lot of the hardware is pre installed bulk onto the formwork. So not a lot of loose pieces to lose. It makes closing out jobs extremely easy and and eliminates Harper. The challenge that's always existed in commercial construction is tight time frames, moving schedules. And I I think that's one thing that's special about the partnership with Gates and UFP. We have Gates hardware throughout the country around major cities, and that allows us to prefabricate forms in a timely manner. If the job pushes, if it pulls, we're sending in job ready form work at the time the contract needs it to accommodate their schedule. They're just picking it off the truck, setting it important. One thing I do like is is a continuous product development to make them better. If a challenging job presents itself, there's really nothing that I'm afraid to go pursue. When we put our heads together, we can manufacture and prefabricate custom forms, commercial forms, and there's not much we wanna walk away from. We've got genuine relation shifts with them outside of work. They're very reliable, and they're invested in my business and our our our customer's business. That makes a complete difference. I think the fact that it is American made is is an added plus. I mean, what I think of Gates, I I I think of quality, I think of service, and having it produce the United States helps with the service aspect. It reduces the at times, and and Gates is a company I can rely on. So, the American mate is is is huge to us.
