Field Controls, a trusted name in the industry, is proud to present their latest innovation: the Oil Ventilator. Designed to optimize the efficiency of existing oil appliances or new installations, this product is set to revolutionize the way oil appliances operate.

The Oil Ventilator is easily integrated into the system by wiring it in series between the aquastat or primary control. When a heat call is initiated, the damper opens swiftly within five seconds, courtesy of the three RPM motor. This timing ensures seamless coordination with the appliance, preventing any disruptions.

Once fully open, the damper allows the appliance to ignite. For added safety, there are two ten amp switches in series with the burner to verify a secure application before combustion occurs. When the thermostat is satisfied, the post-purge feature engages, providing a one-minute delay to eliminate any lingering odors from the appliance chamber.

In the unlikely event of a service issue, the Oil Ventilator offers a convenient solution. By flipping a simple hold-open switch, the damper remains open, allowing continued heat. If necessary, replacing the motor assembly is a breeze, requiring just two screws and a quick-connect plug-in connection. This user-friendly design ensures minimal downtime and eliminates the need for inconvenient and costly service calls.

Crafted from durable stainless steel, the Oil Ventilator guarantees longevity and reliability. Its all-stainless steel construction and 3/16″ build quality demonstrate the product’s ruggedness and suitability for demanding environments.

Field Controls has also included an indicator that clearly displays the damper’s position—whether open or closed—for easy monitoring. Additionally, an extra knockout feature accommodates situations where a brick chamber or high heat requires ventilation to prevent post-ignition residue.

With the Oil Ventilator, you can expect improved efficiency and enhanced performance from your oil appliances. This innovative solution eliminates the need for midnight service calls and offers peace of mind, thanks to its durable construction and hassle-free operation.

Experience the benefits of the Field Controls Oil Ventilator—a game-changer in the oil appliance industry.

Hello. I'm Tim Bekoski with field controls. What we have here today is a oil ventilator. It's a product that we developed. So that we could improve the efficiency of oil appliances that are currently existing in the field chimney Venet or new appliances. This would typically wire in series between the aquastat or the primary control. And on a call for heat, The damper opens in five seconds. We use a three RPM motor so that we do not get into the timing circuit of the appliance. Once fully open, the damper then allows the appliance to fire. There are two ten amps switches that are in series with the burner to prove that we a safe application before combustion takes place. Once the thermostat is satisfied, we have a one minute time lay so that we have a post purge to remove any existing odors that may be within the chamber of the appliance. In the event that you would have a service problem with such a device. We have a simple hold open switch that you would flip, which now keeps event damper in the open position and allows automatic heat. In the event that that problem did occur, we would take two screws remove the motor assembly, put a new one back on, quick connect, plug in connection, plug it back in, you're up and running again. No midnight service, no inconvenient service calls, improvements in efficiency, rugged, and reliable, field controls. Here, this takes one minute. So a few more seconds, this will close. It's all stainless steel construction. Three sixteenths. We also have an indicator here, which tells you when the vent tamper is in the open or the closed position. There's an additional knockout in in the middle that you'll be able to see here once it glows so that if you do have a brick chamber or a chamber with high heat, you'll still be able to leave that little knockout open so that we have a little ventilation to prevent any after grip from the nozzle assembly. My unintentional fees and approximately one claim that will start approximately five minutes down to four tens. Thank you. Thank you.
