Sennheiser to Unveil Exciting Features for MobileConnect, Promises Easier User Experience

Alexander (Alex) Knittler, the Product Manager at Sennheiser’s business communications department, recently revealed the company’s plans for their MobileConnect product this year.

MobileConnect, designed for larger clients and installations, will be enhanced with the integration of Internet Protocol version six (IPv6). This advancement promises to bring a new level of technological sophistication and potential scalability for the product’s users.

Additionally, Sennheiser is set to roll out app customization features aimed at better audience interaction. Knittler highlighted this as a key upgrade, underscoring the growing importance of personalized user experiences in the contemporary technology landscape.

Another exciting development is the introduction of the Audience Mic feature, which will allow users to utilize their smartphones as a talkback microphone. This feature empowers the audience to contribute more actively during events and discussions, thus enhancing interactive experiences.

Knittler expressed optimism about the initial reception of these new features, anticipating users to “play with the new features” and discover their benefits firsthand. He expressed confidence that the Audience Mic feature, in particular, will be warmly received.

In his statement, Knittler emphasized Sennheiser’s commitment to improving the user experience of MobileConnect, irrespective of the size of the installation. This year, he assures, will witness Sennheiser making their product more user-friendly than ever, in line with their customer-first philosophy.

Through these initiatives, Sennheiser is demonstrating its ability to innovate and respond to the evolving needs of its customers, cementing its place as a market leader in the professional audio-visual market.
