June 2026 brings a significant overhaul to two foundational areas of the platform -- Folders and channel administration -- alongside a wave of targeted fixes across upload, proofing, search, and the editing queue. The most visible shift is a redesigned Folders experience and a fully rebuilt admin interface for managing channels and users, both now aligned to the platform's updated design system.
New Features
This release introduces a redesigned Folders experience and a rebuilt admin interface for channel and user management.
Folders Redesign
Folders now have a fully redesigned detail page, updated media cards, a sortable list view, and a new inspector panel. The header and search bar match the style of the Requests page, with clearly labeled primary and secondary actions -- Upload Media and New Subfolder -- making it easier to orient and act quickly inside any folder. A Sort By label has been added to the list view so the current sort order is always visible at a glance.
Channel and User Management Redesign
The Channels and Users admin pages have been rebuilt from the ground up to match the editing queue's design system. Administrators now have a cleaner, more consistent interface for managing who has access and how channels are organized -- with improved readability and faster navigation across both pages.
Improvements
This release includes improvements to bulk user actions, user profile security, media loading performance, and the editing queue.
Bulk User Actions and Multi-Select
The All Users page now includes a select-all checkbox and multi-select support, making it practical to perform bulk operations across large user lists without checking each row individually. Per-row delete options have also been expanded to give administrators explicit control over whether a user is removed from a single channel, all channels, or permanently deleted.
Profile and Invite Security Hardening
First name, last name, and job title fields -- across both the invite flow and the Edit Profile page -- now reject special characters and symbols, ensuring only valid plain-text names are stored. Password validation on the Change Password tab has also been corrected to enforce both uppercase and lowercase requirements as intended, rather than passing with uppercase alone. Together these close a class of input validation gaps that could result in malformed user records.
Media Loading Performance
Pages with large numbers of media files -- particularly bulk media sets with 100+ items -- now load significantly faster. A fix to how cover thumbnails are fetched eliminates a pattern that previously caused 45-60 second load times on media-heavy pages, returning those pages to normal response times.
Editing Queue Refinements
The editing queue's My Edits board now correctly scopes to the logged-in user only, showing an empty state when no edits are assigned rather than surfacing other users' projects. The In Editing column also received a scrollbar and item limit so it no longer expands to fill the full screen when many items are present. The Level dropdown in the Ready to Edit tab has been fixed so the full label is always visible and no longer truncates.
Bug Fixes
The following issues were resolved across upload, proofing, search, folders, recording, and profile areas.
