Hey, everyone. Elena Green here at MarketScale. Wanted to record a quick video for you. If you have new stakeholders coming into MarketScale Studio, this is a great video to share. So let's hop into Studio, and I can give you a quick tour. So first thing you're gonna see is the home page. This is where you're gonna see a lot of articles and videos coming straight from us here at MarketScale that are really valuable for your organization. You will also see any completed media from your team. So we're gonna hop over to channel media. This is everything that your team has produced so far. You can also filter it by completed as well if you wanna see all of the completed videos. And then up here in the left hand corner, this is our asset library. A lot of people will take their completed videos and copy it over to the asset library so that you can kinda see the full gallery of done completed videos ready to download and publish for your use. My media is gonna be where everything where you are gonna be. All of your content is gonna be showing up. And then the co finally, the coaching feed. Again, gonna get a lot of great content from all of us over here at MarketScale or maybe even some of your admins within the organization, sharing some tips and tricks much like this video. Finally, the most important thing when you are coming on as a new member into MarketScale Studio, schedule a call with your UGC coach. They they definitely already have a, you know, maybe biweekly or monthly call cadence with either, you know, your admins or maybe some other points of contacts at your organization, jump into that call and get some good strategy and tips for how you can really expand your content. They would love to hear your ideas and thoughts that you have so far and grow and make some plans for future content. So those are the big things just, you know, kinda showing you around, the homepage and what you're gonna see as far as content, how you can pull some of those completed videos, to publish on your own. But most important thing is gonna be get in there with your coach and start strategizing.

Overview

In this 2:15 training, Alanna Greene delivers a concise Studio orientation designed to be shared directly with stakeholders who are joining an active MarketScale program. The video tours the homepage, Channel Media, Asset Library, My Media, and the Coaching Feed, then closes with the single most important onboarding action: scheduling time with the team's UGC coach. It is built to get a new participant oriented and contributing quickly, without disrupting the program already in motion.

What Is This?

Mid-flight stakeholder onboarding is the process of orienting a new participant to an active content program — giving them enough platform context and strategic direction to contribute effectively from day one, without requiring a full program restart.

What You'll Learn

  • Navigate the MarketScale Studio homepage and understand what content lives there
  • Locate completed team media inside Channel Media
  • Access and use the Asset Library for program resources
  • Find personal content drafts and published pieces in My Media
  • Monitor feedback and guidance through the Coaching Feed
  • Schedule time with a UGC coach to build a personalized content strategy

Key Insights

  • The MarketScale homepage is not a dashboard — it surfaces curated MarketScale content alongside completed team media, giving new stakeholders immediate context for what great looks like.
  • Channel Media is where a new participant should go first to understand the content the team has already produced, establishing baseline expectations before they record anything.
  • The Coaching Feed is the live connection between a stakeholder and their UGC coach — it is where feedback, encouragement, and strategic guidance accumulate over time.
  • Scheduling a coach call is not optional onboarding housekeeping — it is the action that connects a new stakeholder to the existing call cadence, content plan, and program momentum.

Deep Dive

When a new stakeholder joins a MarketScale program that is already underway, the challenge is not just access — it is context. They need to understand what the team has already produced, what the platform looks like, and where they fit into the existing workflow. This video solves that problem in under two and a half minutes.

Alanna Greene structures the orientation around five distinct areas of the Studio. The homepage gives new participants a sense of the broader MarketScale content ecosystem alongside their own team's published work. Channel Media shows them the library of completed content their colleagues have already contributed, which helps calibrate tone, format, and expectations before they ever sit down to record. The Asset Library houses the supporting materials a program team relies on — brand resources, talking points, and reference content — all in one accessible location.

My Media is where a stakeholder's own content lives, including drafts and published pieces, making it the right place to track personal progress as the program moves forward. The Coaching Feed surfaces direct communication from their assigned UGC coach, including feedback on submitted content and guidance on what to prioritize next.

The video closes with a clear directive: schedule time with the UGC coach. This step matters because it connects a new stakeholder to the strategy and rhythm already established for the team. A coach call allows them to understand the content plan, plug into existing check-in cadences, and begin building their own contribution roadmap — all without slowing the program down for everyone else. Sharing this video before that first call makes the conversation more productive from the start.

Frequently Asked Questions

When should I share this video with a new stakeholder?

Share it as soon as a new participant is added to the program, ideally before their first coach call. It gives them enough platform familiarity to ask meaningful questions and start contributing without a lengthy onboarding session.

What is the Coaching Feed and why does it matter for new stakeholders?

The Coaching Feed is the in-platform space where a stakeholder receives direct feedback and guidance from their UGC coach. For someone joining mid-flight, it is the fastest way to understand what is expected of them and how to improve their content as they go.

Does a new stakeholder need to review all existing Channel Media before they start recording?

They do not need to watch everything, but reviewing a few examples from Channel Media helps them understand the team's established tone and format. A few minutes of browsing is enough to set the right expectations before their first recording session.

Stakeholders who complete this orientation should next explore how to record and submit their first piece of content, how the UGC coaching cadence works, and how to interpret feedback inside the Coaching Feed. Understanding how content moves from draft to published inside the MarketScale platform will help new participants contribute with confidence from their first session.
