The IPS Global Sales Meeting 2026 served as a platform for leaders to exchange strategies and align on collaborative approaches.

In an era where global markets shift faster than strategies can be written, organizations are rediscovering a simple truth: progress is powered by shared knowledge. The most effective teams are no longer siloed by function or geography but are instead defined by how fluidly ideas move between them. When cross-functional insight meets regional nuance, companies unlock a kind of collective intelligence that is far greater than the sum of its parts. Events that bring this diversity of expertise into one room don’t just inspire—they actively reshape how teams collaborate, innovate, and execute moving forward. It’s within this context of collaboration and momentum that Daniel Dutesco, Global Marketing Director and Demand Generation at TekniPlex, reflects on the energy and potential he experienced at the IPS Global Sales Meeting in Mexico City.

Hello, I'm Daniel. I lead IPS marketing for Demand Generation. And the takeaway, I've been thinking about this all day over the last three days in terms of the takeaway but also the part for me that was very exciting and I think what it was it's the knowledge, the knowledge that you see in the room, the expertise, it's literally palpable to have that the brainpower, the knowledge in the room. The other part is to see how all of these things can come together, all the expertise that comes together, both both in terms of cross cross functional expertise, but also, in terms of regional expertise and how the potential of sharing that knowledge and way of doing things together. I think that the potential is so tremendous and over the last three days we really had a chance to see it come to life. Look forward to next time.
