Overview
MarketScale has two separate places to leave comments, and they serve very different purposes. Understanding the difference is important, comments left in the wrong place won't reach your editing team, which can delay your project without you realizing it.
Key Concepts
Feed comments appear underneath your video on your main MarketScale dashboard, the same area where you'd see likes, shares, and team activity. These are visible to your internal team and are meant for social-style conversation, sharing feedback with colleagues, or tagging teammates to review a finished piece. Editors do not see these.

Media Studio comments live inside the Media Studio proofing room, the environment you access by clicking the Media Studio button on a video. This is the only place where your editing team can see your notes and feedback.

FAQs
If I leave a comment under the video on my dashboard, will the editor see it?
No. Feed comments are only visible to your internal team and colleagues within Studio. Editors only see notes left inside the Media Studio proofing room.
Can I tag my teammates in the feed comments?
Yes, feed comments are a great place to tag team members so they can review a completed video. Just keep in mind this is separate from the editing workflow.
What happens after I click Request Revision?
Your notes go back to the editor who worked on the project. They'll make the changes and upload a new version, which will be reviewed by the MarketScale team before being sent back to you.
