Edwardsville, IL, June 8, 2026 – Nevco Sports is proud to announce the completion of a new LED video display installation at Earl Boltz Stadium, home of Cedar Crest High School Football, Soccer, Field Hockey and Lacrosse teams. The project delivers a modern game-day experience designed to engage fans, celebrate student-athletes, and strengthen connections throughout the Falcons community.

A new focal point for Friday night lights

Serving as the centerpiece of the installation is a10mm Full Color LED Video Display measuring nearly 35 feet wide and almost 19 feet tall, bringing live video, instant replays, game information, sponsor recognition, and dynamic graphics to one of the region’s premier high school football venues. The display provides a powerful platform for storytelling and fan engagement while enhancing visibility and entertainment throughout the stadium.

Framing the display are custom illuminated LED signs reserved to showcase sponsors in a prominent location. Above the structure, a decorative truss prominently showcases the Earl Boltz Stadium name in rear-lit letters, establishing a striking architectural feature and reinforcing the stadium’s identity as the home of Falcons athletics.

Powering the display is Nevco’s connected scoring and content ecosystem. From a single intuitive interface, Nevco ONE Video Pro Software gives staff full command of every game-day moment – instantly switching between live video, replays, sponsor graphics, animations, and real-time scoring to keep the crowd engaged from kickoff to final whistle. Scorebird automates displaying and reporting game scores and Nevco Creative Services created a suite of school-branded graphics, so the Falcons are game-day ready.

Together, these elements transform the venue into a more immersive environment for students, families, alumni, and community supporters while creating new opportunities for school messaging and sponsor recognition.

"This project represents an exciting investment in the future of Cedar Crest athletics and the experience we provide for our students and fans," said Rick Dissinger, Athletic Director at Cedar Crest High School. "The new video display allows us to better showcase our student-athletes, recognize our supporters, and create a more engaging atmosphere on game days. We’re grateful to Nevco for helping us bring this vision to life."

Enhancing the fan experience

Beyond its visual impact, the new display system serves as a versatile communication tool that will benefit the school community year-round. From athletic competitions like the annual Cedar Bowl rivalry game, to community celebrations and sponsor partnerships, the installation provides a modern platform that keeps fans informed, entertained, and connected.

"Cedar Crest wanted more than a screen. They wanted a complete fan-experience platform," said Tyler Klostermann, Senior Video Consultant and Operations Manager a Nevco. "Pairing the large-format LED video display and Nevco’s software solutions gives the Falcons one connected system to inform, entertain, and generate sponsor value across every sport and season. We’re proud to help Cedar Crest create an atmosphere that will serve the community for years to come."

The completed installation reflects Cedar Crest High School’s ongoing commitment to providing first-class athletic facilities and memorable experiences for student-athletes and spectators alike. As the Falcons take the field each season, the new Nevco display will help bring every moment to life while strengthening school pride throughout the community.
