What you'll do
- Host and guide guests through studio recordings, interviews, and live events
- Put expert guests at ease on camera and draw out the stories that make great content
- Coordinate with producers to keep sessions moving and on-brief
- Represent MarketScale to visiting brands and partners
What we're looking for
- On-camera comfort and strong interviewing or hosting instincts
- Genuine curiosity about B2B industries and the people who run them
- Calm, organized presence in a live production setting
- Bonus: broadcast, podcast, or live-events hosting experience
