- Translate customer goals into content programs that actually ship
- Drive adoption, renewals, and expansion through real results
- Be the voice of the customer back to product and production
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or B2B media
- Track record of retaining and growing a book of business
- Strong communication and a genuine consultative instinct
- Bonus: content marketing or media-production background
