What you'll do
- Design and ship AI features on top of LLMs and our own content data
- Build evaluation, retrieval, and pipeline tooling that keeps quality high
- Prototype fast, then harden what works into production systems
- Partner with platform engineers to integrate AI across the product
What we're looking for
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs in production (not just notebooks)
- Strong Python and/or TypeScript and solid systems fundamentals
- Pragmatism about where AI helps and where it does not
- Bonus: RAG, evals, or media/transcript experience
