What happens after you apply
01
You apply
A few fields and a link to your work. Five minutes, no cover letter.
02
We review your work
A real person reviews your portfolio and replies, usually within a few business days. If it is a fit, we book a short call. If it is not, we say so.
03
You onboard and start
Get set up in Studio, meet your track, and take your first paid project. Reputation builds from day one.
Applying costs nothing and commits you to nothing. No résumé, no bidding war, no 60-day invoices. You choose the work you take and set your rate. When you deliver, you're paid weekly, and the work you do builds a reputation that travels with you across the community.
What makes a strong application
Video editors
- Three to five finished cuts that show range: a talking-head interview, a short-form social clip, and a product or brand piece.
- Link to the actual edits (Vimeo, YouTube, a reel), not a résumé. We watch the work.
- If you cut to brief (captions, pacing, brand consistency), say so. That is the job.
Videographers
- Recent B2B or corporate Productions: executive interviews, customer stories, product or facility footage.
- List your city and how far you travel. Work is dispatched by location.
- Note your primary gear and any drone certification; certification unlocks more project types.
UGC coaches
- Tell us the industries you know best. Deep niche beats broad generalist for B2B accounts.
- Examples of helping a team or person create on camera matter more than a polished demo reel.
- Five hours a week is enough to start. Be honest about the capacity you can hold.
Guides
- No portfolio needed. Your network is the asset. A LinkedIn URL works.
- Tell us the kind of B2B brands you can introduce. You make the connection; our team closes.
- No selling, no quotas, no account management after the intro.
