He founded and led RND Automation, Florida's largest custom automation, robotics, and packaging machinery manufacturer, for 18 years until its sale to Saw Mill Capital in 2020. He also served as the Chief Technology Officer of CAS Holdings, the parent company of RND Automation and two other automation companies, where he oversaw all engineering, technology, and IT functions. Sean is an expert in designing and delivering innovative solutions for the medical device, durable and consumer goods markets, with multiple patents and publications to his name. He has a proven track record of scaling businesses, driving growth, and executing successful M&A strategies. He is currently open to C-level, board, or strategic advisor roles for OEM integrators, manufacturers, or investors in the automation and robotics space. He is passionate about helping companies leverage automation and robotics to improve efficiency, quality, and profitability.
