Chief Knowledge Officer of Retail/Sales/Shopper at Kantar Consulting Bryan Gildenberg recently launched a video web series to prepare retailers for looming industry changes he expects by 2025. The series of five minute videos is titled ‘5 For 25’.
“In an online world, shelves and stores are no longer the foundational building block of profit. It’s baskets,” Gildenberg said in the first episode.
