The biggest takeaway from this period for Joggerst was a promising one, as remote work and collaboration took the spotlight and generally thrived across the board.

“The biggest observation that I have is that it really can be effective,” he said. “Yes, they can be productive. Yes, the platforms and tools that we’ve got operate for them. There’s no reason to not be as productive and effective as you have been when you’re going to the office when you’re working from home.”

With remote-work tools like Skype, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom becoming permanent fixtures in the new landscape of global business and productivity, Joggerst said the most important thing to do now is examine these tools’ scalability, efficiency and security.
