And so one thing that we really have to look at is readmission rates. We are judged on 30-day readmissions. In most of our programs, most of our quality metrics involve a 30-day readmission rate. And so we spend a great deal of time working with our patients, whether it be through education or ensuring that they are discharged to the appropriate post-acute setting.

That might be in-patient rehab. It could be skilled nursing home health, you name it. But, make sure that they’re getting the appropriate level of. Care and that they’re also following their physician’s orders. Going back, getting that initial visit with their physician after they discharge from a hospital to make sure that they’re following not only their discharge orders but their long-term physician plan for managing either their chronic or an acute illness.

And so that is incredibly important to us.
