At the very worst, they’re losing their jobs, their families,” said Laura. “Regardless of the level in an organization, people are all touched by what’s happening…” 

Laura explained how, while the pandemic is disruptive and scary, it’s given us all some incredible opportunities to connect with each other. Employers and employees share a common anxiety and fear in the face of COVID-19, and that’s something that can bring us together. While it’s certainly a scary time that the world is going through, it’s going to be empathy and compassion for one another that gets us through it.
