Classes are free, but students can pay for them to earn college credits.

Second is [edX](https://www.edx.org/), a platform that boasts over 2,000 free online courses taught by instructors from Harvard, MIT, and more. This provider offers classes that can help students learn a new skill or gain a certification.

Third is [Khan Academy](https://www.khanacademy.org/), which features short video tutorials, intended for K-12 and higher education students. Users can take courses at their own pace, completely free.
