NEW ORLEANS, June 11, 2026. Allegion US showcased new interoperable electronic access control solutions from Schlage, Zentra, and Gatewise at NAA Apartmentalize (Booth #2307), the annual gathering of multifamily housing professionals.

## Real-time connectivity across the property

Zentra and Gatewise are expanding multifamily capabilities through upcoming integration with Allegion’s Yonomi Platform, giving property managers on either software centralized access to RealSync technology. Using Zentra’s Access Core to bridge systems, both platforms’ customers get persistent, real-time connectivity over existing Wi-Fi, so operators can send commands and verify lock status in seconds without extra gateways or wiring.

The Schlage XE360 Series adds a new deadbolt option. Like other XE360 products, it uses an interchangeable FleX Module so a property can choose offline Bluetooth or Wi-Fi-enabled RealSync mode supported by Zentra and Gatewise.

## Guest access and student housing

Zentra and Gatewise are combining on a guest access experience that replaces expensive physical intercoms: guests scan a QR code to reach a digital directory and call residents, who grant access remotely from a smartphone. Allegion also announced Campus-to-Community, a mobile-first ecosystem connecting the student journey on and off campus by bringing hardware, mobile credentials, software integrations, and services together.
